Nice to meet you! My name is Penelope! I am a 10 week old Tortie! I am very petite with super short and soft fur, which you can pet all day long if you want! And, I should also mention that I am a terrific snuggler on the bed at night! I am sleek and athletic and I zig and zag to catch the feather! I really stand out in a crowd with my lively and confident personality! I would make a wonderful buddy for your kitty because I really like to play and snuggle with other cats. Nice dogs are fun, too! My adoption fee is $75 and includes spaying, vaccinations, testing for FeLV and some nice extras.
