Oberon needs a peaceful environment. We've had him all of his life but now that we have a toddler (and another on the way) our home is not as peaceful as it once was. He is a wonderful companion--very friendly and affectionate. He does well with other cats and has lived with dogs at times too. Once he's used to them, he's fine. He's never been a dominant male, so he's not territorial. He's always been an inside kitty and is fully litter trained. He prefers store brand foods to the expensive stuff (I've tried it and he just turns his nose up at it). He tends to be a bit nervous in unfamiliar surroundings or with unfamiliar people but once he's comfortable, he's playful and fun. He loves to play with string and balls. He's never been one to sleep on our bed unless it's cold, though we have found him lying in the bathtub on warmer days. He loves to sit in windows and lie in the sun.
