The truth is Sugar Booger has more needs than a normal cat. He was adopted from another shelter as a kitten, and as he got older it became clear he had some problems. His eyes continually "goop" up and he requires eye drops to keep them in check. He is slower mentally than a normal cat would be and it's something that's noticeable being around him. Besides these slight problems he is still extremely affectionate and friendly towards everyone! His quirky personality really makes him a little more liked than his brothers. You have to be around him to fully appreciate his personality. He LOVES everyone including dogs. Really a good kitty.
